To keep the karaoke going, KaraFun subscriptions are set up for automatic monthly renewal. Want to stop it? It's easy in just a couple of clicks. Let’s take a look at everything you need to know about your subscription renewal so that the music never stops!
Any monthly subscription that has been processed via a valid debit or credit card or via PayPal will be signed up for automatic renewal. Please note that you are free to cancel your subscription at any time directly from My account by clicking on the cancel subscription option. Note: 48 hour and weekly passes as well as any payments processed via the App Store will not be renewed.
In certain cases, renewals cannot be processed. This is often due some type of restriction from the bank or card holder. We recommend getting in touch with your bank to clear up the issue.
Subscription renewals will be processed one month from the time and date that you first signed up. Place. For example, if you signed up for a monthly subscription on the 14th of January, you will be renewed on the 14th of February. In the case that you sign up on the 31st and the following month has only 30 days, you will be renewed on the 1st.
There is no way to change a subscription date. You would need to first cancel a subscription, wait for it to end and then sign back up on the desired date.
Updating Card Info
If you need to update a card on file, you can directly do so from My account. If you do not see this option it may mean that:
- You do not have a renewable subscription
- Your subscription has already been cancelled and the card deleted.
Do not cancel a subscription before updating the card as this will require you wait until the subscription runs out before being able to sign back up with the new card.
The bank statement amount differs from the indicated subscription price
KaraFun does not add any additional fees to the subscription cost. If you notice additional fees beyond the indicated subscription amount on your bank statement, check with your bank or card holder.
