Why is my debit card refused?

We only accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. All the other payment methods (including Visa Electron and prepaid payment cards) are not supported.

If your payment is refused, please double-check the following points:
  1. You have selected the right card type (Visa / MasterCard)
  2. Your card number is correct
  3. You have entered the right security code and expiry date
  4. Your card has not expired
  5. You have sufficient funds in your bank account
If you still have issues after checking the previous points, your bank might block the payment for your own security (our offices being located in France), and in most cases, getting in touch with your bank will solve the issue.
