How can I update my debit / credit card information?

If you already have a card linked to your account:
To amend your card details, navigate to the “My Account” page, and then select the "My subscription" tab:
  1. Within the "Payment method" section, click on "Update card info."
  2. Enter the new card details and confirm.
Your subscription will remain active until your renewal date (you can verify this date under “KaraFun Monthly Subscription").

On the renewal date of your subscription, the new card will be utilised.

If no card is presently linked to your account:
You must wait for your subscription to expire (refer to the date above under KaraFun Monthly Subscription) before you can opt for automatic renewal.

Once there is no active subscription, you may re-enrol and process payment with a new card. The card will be retained on file for renewal, but you can remove it at any time and cancel your subscription by deleting your card.

Please note that this is only applicable if your subscription was purchased directly on our website.
If your subscription is paid via Apple's App Store, Google's Play Store, or Paypal, you will need to update your payment method directly on these platforms.
